Nintendo DS Lite

I held off buying this system for 2 years, but finally this year for Christmas, I consented and decided to give it a try.I can't believe I waited so long!!It's so much fun. My sister and I both bought these this year and we bought the same games so that we could compete against each other. This made for a very exciting Christmas break. I think that is what sets this game system apart from the past Nintendo handheld systems - that we can compete against each other.How neat is that?If you have multiple children (from ages 5 - 25), I would highly recommend this system for each one of them.Even the adults in our family had a great time with some of the games.

The only cons that I really see to this system is that for most games, you must own the game for every console that wants to play when competing against each other. For us, that mean that we didn't get to try out as many games as we wanted because we had to compromise and buy the same ones.Also, the screens are small so that may be viewed as unfavorable by some. It doesn't bother me, but I can see where others would complain. All in all though, this is a system that I would hihgly recommend for anyone you know of that enjoys video games.
