When I found out about the Nintendo Wii coming out I knew it would be something that I would enjoy. I have always been a huge fan of video games, but I am not very good at them. I love our Nintendo Wii and my husband and I play it at least three times a week still. We are truly addicted.

The cool thing about the Nintendo Wii is with the use of the Wiimote, you actually feel like you are in the game itself. The Nintendo Wii has a sensor bar so wherever you move it to, your character on the screen follows. Our favorite game on the Nintendo Wii to play is Mario Kart. It came with a racing wheel so you hook the Wiimote into the steering wheel and you actually feel like you are driving.

I am surprised that the Nintendo Wii is still hard to find on store shelves since it has been out for awhile. I think that because it is a cheaper priced system than its competitors that there is a bigger demand for them. The only thing that I wished it could do is play DVD's like it's rivals do.

A nice thing about the Nintendo Wii is that you can play your old GameCube games on it. They come out with new systems all the time and if your old games didn't work you would feel like you have just wasted your money.

If you do not have a Nintendo Wii yet, this is something you should get because it is easy enough to play it is great for the whole family. My mother, who is in her upper 50's, has a Wii and plays it all the time, and even my three year old daughter plays with us.
