Nintendo Wii By Mean Queen By Mean_Queen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

There's this new game on the market that you've probably never heard of called the Wii. Okay, you would have to live in a vacuum to have not heard of this game. But it is such a great game, it's no wonder everyone talks about it. The basic Wii console comes with one Wii remote and a nunchuk controller. It also includes the Wii Sports game. This game includes tennis, baseball, bowling (my favorite), and more. It's a great introduction to how to use the Wii controller for the many other games out there. Because the system is new, there's not a huge amount of games available but new games are coming out all the time. I love the Wii because it's so interactive. Our whole family gets into the games rather than just sitting still and staring at the TV with other video game systems. My only worry about the Wii is because it is so interactive, an enthusiastic player could easily destroy something in your house. Nintendo has added a safety strap to the remote, but you should still take precautions and Wii proof the area around your TV before playing. Otherwise, grab the next Wii you see for sale and enjoy.
