Nintendo Wii Fit Plus Game

If you are like me and have children who make it almost impossible to get a regular excercise routine in place, the Wii Fit Plus is for you. I did not personally purchase it, but my sister did. We first opened it last week and it has not been put to rest for an entire day yet. The games on it are so engaging that you don't even feel like you are excercising while playing. But, when you are finished, you know your body has gone through some challenges! There is something for everyone in this one gaming disc. The little ones, particularly my 3 year old and her 2 year old, love the "chicken game", where you flap your arms as if you were a chicken to land on target points. Before beginning, you do a body test and find out where you stand healthwise. Then, you are able to choose which type of excercising you would like to take part in. My favorite is that for "over indulged". We all know that one, right? Well, whether you intend to spend 15 minutes or an hour doing your workout, you will definitely end up spending more time than you plan to- but that's a positive thing.
