The first time i used the mario cart wheel was at my friends place playing mario cart Wii. The wheel always sense the slightist turn you make on the game. Personally, i prefer the old nintendo controllers because they are less sensitive and are much more reliable because they won't get interferred by small things like interuppted signals or small objects blocking the way of the contact between wireless objects and the signal reciever.

The wheel is very sensitive as i said about 4 lines above and can be very easy to break if dropped or stepped on (that is not likely to happen). The old controllers however are notvery breakable and have a strong contact with the console due to the wires that are sticking out of them and going into the console.

I recommend the old nintendo gamecube controllers because of the reliability and the fact that they handle the characters in the game much better and the controls are easier to reach :)
