Nissan Versa-2008

My friend just bought a 2008 Nissan Versa. She insisted that I give it a test drive one day when we were heading to the mall. Of course I took her up on the offer! For such a little car, it has some good "get up and go" to it. We have like 8 feet of snow here, so some of the roads are just horrible, but I think that this car got along quite well in the snow. Granted, it's no 4 wheel drive SUV or anything, but for a tiny car, it made it through really well. I was amazed at how much head room this car has. From the outside, it looks so tiny, but when you get in it, you see that it really has quite a lot of room.My friend has 2 children in carseats. The back seat can fit 3 people, but I would honestly say that it would be a tight fit. Two carseats fit comfortably in the backseat; however, they left little room for a third person to sit. This car gets great gas mileage and comes in a great variety of colors. My friend does not have the sun roof; however, this is an option. This is rated as a very safe car. Has front airbags and also has side impact airbags mounted in the roof of the car.My friend stated that it is a great, reliable car and it did not cost her a fortune!
