When we were looking to become homeowners, we followed all the procedures our real estate agent and mortgage company set forth. One step to becoming a home owner was issuing a title search and obtaining title and mortgage insurance. Our choice for this service was New Braunfels Title.
This establishment does it all. They review the bank instructions, send each party copies for review, and smooths out any kinks that may hinder the sale.
The workers at New Braunfels Title are professional and courteous. These ladies worked to ensure that there were no outstanding liens against our property. They scoured the records for any discrepancies, and when an issue did arise, they worked into the night to get the job done.
At the end of the transaction New Braunfels Title handled all the details and scheduling to dot the i's and cross the t's. Once it was all said and done, for one small fee, we had our paperwork, title and mortgage insurance, and our keys. What a deal! All they asked of us was to show up to sign the papers. You can bet that we will go to New Braunfels Title, or any of their Tri-County offices, for any future title needs.
