How many times is too many times to take the ball out of your mouse to clean it because it's constantly sticking or just won't roll right and you have to keep lifting the mouse up to get it in the right position for it to do what it you want it to do and where?
Well my days of doing all that has come to an end, I just couldn't take no more cleaning, lifting, and moving.
I finally upgraded my mouse to an LED Ergonomic optical mouse. And what a difference this has made. It is so much more comfortable, and fast, now I have to try and keep up with my pointer on the screen.
I purchased mine with the cord as I don't like the idea of cordless and having to be changing batteries, but this can be purchased either way for the same price. It has 2 buttons and a blue LED scroll wheel. The blue LED is just for appearance and to give you mouse a cool look. This mouse glides so easily over any surface I have tried it with my mouse pad and without it, as well on a stack of papers and it preformed great every time. This mouse is designed only for right handed use, I'm not sure if it can be purchased for left handed use. It also has USB/PS2 converter so you can connect to you computer with whichever you prefer.

I haven't used a mouse with a ball in years. Optical is no much better.
Optical is the way to go! Now if I just didn't have dust in my HOUSE! LOL!
I need an optical one; mine is alwaysgetting dirty too, and so is the stupid mat; I'm on my third one. I've never heard of this brand; I usually get Logitech, because that's what I see everywhere. And I'm with Sparkle; I'd like to get the dust (and dog hair and dog biscuit crumbs, etc) out of my HOUSE too, not just the track ball!
omg i haven't used a ball mouse in a long time. and i don't miss them at all! yay for optical! btw that mouse looks really cool! and comfortable

Got it. I too grabbed the one with the cord. I do believe, this is the mouse of thye future, the future is now!
It has been a long long time when I last use those mouse that need to be cleaned, most of the time i opted for optical mouse.

I had an ergonomic mouse at work and I loved it. It really helps if you have to be on the computer most of the day. I remember the days of cleaning dust out of my mouse too!
