I had never tried this brand of deodorant before as I have tended to buy the brands with more frilly/girley fragrances and packaging. I happened to watch a segment on a TV show that featured a test of various deodorant brands to see which ones left the least amount of white residue on dark clothing, especially black. This Mitchum for Women Smart Solid won the challenge and so I decided to purchase it for myself. Let me tell you that I am very accident prone when it comes to clothing. If there is any way for me to get a spot such as food or some type of oily residue on my clothing I will. I also in the past have tended to leave deodorant marks on my clothing while trying to get dressed in the morning. With this particular product I do not have to worry about the deodorant marks because it really does not show up on clothing. The scent is not frilly or girley however it is not a bad scent. It is more like a neutral or clean scent. This deodorant also does a great job of keeping you dry and odor free.
