No Sweat Bill Payments
By Crissy Taruc onAn accredited Citibank telemarketer gave me a call sometime in June of last year.The purpose of the call was regarding bill payments.I let her did the talking to discuss further the offer. The offer was very appealing. With my Citibank Gold Mastercard I can be able to enroll my bills like telephone, electrical, mobile phone, insurance and others under an auto-debit arrangement on my credit card account with the said providers. They will enroll my bills with the providers and once approve they will advance the payment on my behalf with no additional charges on my part for them doing so. Citibank will just bill me for the same amount and include it in my monthly SOA. What I like most in the arrangement is that I dont have to worry even if I forgot to check my mailbox for the SOA of those bills or missed out the due dates because they will do the payment on time for me. I could say that I am very happy with the services that my Citibank account has been showering me all the time.

I've never heard of a credit card company paying your bills on line for you. Glad that this works for you and thanks for sharing this information with us.
I hope paying from your credit cards works for you. I don't think I would like an auto payment deducted from my cards. I wouldn't mind that from a checking but I think the interest on the credit cards would make the payments much more expensive!
I've never heard of a credit card doing this. I would have been reluctant to set this up on the phone too if I hadn't been the one to initiate the service. Glad it is working out for you though.
I have had some minor problems with Citibank Mastercard. Although, I think this is a good service watch your account carefully for errors.

That's great that they don't charge you for that.
I am staying far from Citibank cos of lots of hidden charges and difficulties to make payments since we don't have Citibank in our region.
My college loan is with citibank. They're great to workwith.
