Nordic Ware

I bought this gill/griddle to take on a camping trip a couple years and have loved it ever since.I use it for camping as well as everyday use in my home.

One side is a grill and one side is a griddle.It is not too heavy, but it is not light weight either.It works great on a fire with a grate or screen on top, or a campers stove, gas range or electric stoves.Cleaning is very simple.When I finish cooking I just pour water on it, while it is still very hot and scrap with my spatula. Then when it has cooled off and I can touch and handle it, I use soap and water, dry and put it away.My husband hates to cook because of the clean up, and with this he has no problems making a great breakfast.It holds a lot, and does a wonderful job of cooking a full breakfast of eggs, bacon and pancakes.

I would highly recommend this to any one that campers out there, or for everyday use in your own home.
