Nordic Ware Springform Pan - A Very Nice Investment

I recently purchased a Nordic Ware springform pan and have to say that I like this pan a lot. It does a great job of keeping cake ingredients together with no leakage, and when the cake is removed, it opens very nicely and springs away from the sides for easy removal. I made a pineapple cheesecake for my husband's birthday and was wondering how the pan would work when the cake needed to be removed. I had no problems. Even my sister-in-law and her husband commented on how nice the pan was.

My springform pan is 9 inches in diameter and comes with a five year warranty. It has a nonstick interior and is very easy to clean. It has a little bit of weight to it when held in the hand and does not feel at all flimsy.I would say that it seems to be constructed very well. I gave a 0 for handle comfort only because the pan doesn't have a handle.

I would definitely recommend this springform pan to anyone who is looking for this type of item. I do not regret my purchase and would get another one if I needed to. This pan looks like it will hold up very well, and I trust Nordic Ware for providing good cookware and kitchen items.
