The Nordictrack exercise equipment floor mat was purchased to put under our new treadmill. It is used to protect the floor and exercise equipment. It reduces the vibrations and cuts down on floor dust and debris that can get into the motor, belts, and other mechanical parts. Dimensions: 3'X6'x4mm and made of extremely durable black material. Can be used under treadmills,eliptical, cycles,steppers, and weight benches.

We just put down new wood floors and wanted to protect them from the usage of the treadmill, so we purchased this mat. We rolled it out the day before and let it uncoil before putting under the treadmill. Its just long enough for the treadmill to sit on it. It doesn't slide or move once place where you want it. The only problem was making sure the treadmill was lifted and placed on it, so as not to move it from its original setting. As the treadmill is inclined it doesn' move or slide. Overall so far so good!
