At my work we take phone calls quite a bit. We also have quite a few people in the office, and need many functions. The phone we use is the Nortel M2616. The phone is nothing fancy, it's your typical corded phone with many functions that are of good use in the office setting.

It is a black phone with a upper LCD display, with time and date. Some functions on the keypad, are number 1-9 and 0. It also has your typical # and * button as well. There is a hold function button which we use all the time. It has handsfree mute, display, conference, forward, transfer, speed call, program, message, intercom and call pickup. It also has 6 extra keys that can be programmed for whatever function you need. There is also a volumne increase and decrease.
