We used Northwest Airlines to book a vacation which include our airfare and car rental. We traveled from Detroit to Orlando. After doing several searches we found our best deal on Northwest Airlines own online website. I found the website to be very easy to navigate, and if I had any questions there were several online helps to answer the questions. We received confirmation of our flight immediately upon payment and I was able to reserve our seats at that time. We printed our preboarding passes off right at home before we left and had no problems with a quick check in at the airport. I was happy with the flight attendants attention and helpfullness on our flight. The flight was delayed by about an hour, but once we boarded everything was ontime. Our return flight left and arrived on time. I plan on using their online reservation system again, especially if I need a rental car. We got our rental car for a fraction of the cost if we would have tried to reserve it ourselves.
