Norton AntiVirus Protection Program

We've used Norton's AntiVirus protection programs on our computer for several years and never had a problem. Recently, our Norton 2009 program was due to expire, so my husbandpurchased the new Norton AntiVirus 2010 at Best Buy for $39.99. We could have updated to the new version on-line, but we prefer to purchase the hard copy of the software.

With the new Norton Insight Network, our computer system is protected against the newest threats with updates every 5 to 15 minutes. It blocks viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, worms, bots and rootkits before they can damage the computer.

The software was very easy to install and the system information was easy to understand. If we have a problem, Norton offers free e-mail, chat and phone support. Thankfully, we have never had a need to contact them for support.

Although Norton is continually updating and protecting the computer, we do regular scheduled system checks on the computer. Along with Norton's AntiVirus program, we use some other security programs such as CCleaner for added protection.

With the new Norton AntiVirus 2010 program installed and running smooth, I'm confident our computer will be protected in the days ahead. If any problems arise during the coverage period, I'll update.
