Norton Save And Restore V2.0 So Good.. So.. Far... By Daniel Wardana on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I used this product for 4 weeks. When I get a broken system after installing MS office software (MS technical support and can not complete the problem) I can quickly restore the system (OS Vista) with Norton Save and Restore V2.0 CD and boot disk that comes with the software. Users should be aware that this is a program image. Creating a disk image compression and incremental updates of the original image. You can return it to another hard drive red and swollen from the HD but you can not just plug an external Harddrive and hope to use it from the backup Harddrive. This software is not designed for this. If you want to do this you need software such as CMS's Bouncback Professional, which handles a copy Uncompressed HD that you can use a boot drive. That said, Save & Restore is simple and works. It does what it says it does. More importantly, because the store image compression allows me to stay 5 copes of the system (includes 5 hours) on a external HD. I suggest using one of at least two backup solutions and UPS. I use the Save & Restore (to an external HD Seagate USB). Thank you.
