Not A Suitable Rat Cage At ALL, Despite Claims

This cage is marketed FOR pet rats, but take it from me (I run a rat rescue!), it is not suitable for pet rats. Not even a single pet rat! This cage is way too small for any rat to live comfortably. It is worse than us living in a small linen closet.

I generally am alright with Super Pet cages, but not this one. It may do well to transport a rat to and from the vet, but other than that, it is worthless.No rat should be trapped in such a small cage long-term. It would be cruel and inhumane.

The quality is much the same as their other cages... So I won't take points off there.

This cage should not be on the market, period. Pet rats deserve much better. If I could give a negative rating, I would!

If you wanted to pay a big chunk for a transport cage, I suppose this would work. However, a cat carrier is cheaper and works much better! Save your money!
