Not Just Mineral Water, It's Vitamin Water By owelm on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Everyday I consume about one liter of mineralized water when I am at work. I prefer drinking mineral water than just purified water because mineral water has at least traces of nutrients for the body compared to just plain distilled water with zero nutrients. But recently, I tried Propel when I took notice that it is a vitamin water. It looks like plain water but when I tasted it I noticed the fruit flavor. It has actually various fruit flavors to choose from like the flavors that I've tried; orange, lemon and green apple. For I appeciate the fruity taste rather than just drinking plain water. Propel contain traces of nutrients like carbohydrates, sodium, potassium and vitamins C and E which is essential needs of the body. Though it's slightly flavored, this vitamin water from the makers of Gatorade is actually non-carbonated, calorie-free water. I prefer drinking Propel now as my alternative to Gatorade (sports drink) which contain more carbo/sugar. The price cost few cents more versus the ordinary mineral/distilled water brand but I think it's still reasonable.
