Not My Favorite Taste

Alpenliebe is the sweetest candy Ive ever known. I like the original one, but recently I just found out that they have this flavor, Chocolate and Cream. I bought a big pack yesterday, and as usual, the packaging is nice and neat. I think this flavor is smaller than the original one, because less than one minute its already melted in my mouth. The shape of the candy is oval, brown-and-white striped (brown is supposed to be the chocolate and white is the cream). The chocolate flavor is not quite so chocolate, I mean, I cant really feel the chocolate. Not to mention the cream, it doesnt taste like cream at all. For me, it feels nothing compared to the original taste. I asked my hubby and he felt the same thing. I dont know whats wrong but it somehow lacks something. There is no the sweet thing that I know on the original Alpenliebe, and it kind of makes me disappointed. Well, I dont think I want to purchase this flavor again. Not my favorite taste, definitely.
