I got this conditioner from my stay over the summer at Wyndham Hotel & Resorts. This is the conditioner that was left in our condo for us. I was so excited because it is true blue spa's conditioner made by Bath & Body Works exclusively for Wyndham. I have never tried any True Blue's products before but if this conditioner is any indication I am not really a fan. The smell is blah; it smells just like a hair product, not a good scent. Honestly while using it is seems to dry my hair out. I am no hairstylist but I figure a conditioner should condition not make hair dried out. I was disappointed because I usually love anything from Bath & Body Works. I have tried using this conditioner twice and both times it left my hair weighed down and dried out. I did not see any results of "volumizing". This conditioner may just be suitable for other hair types. My hair type is straight, fine, and not oily or dry. I would not recommend this for anyone who has a hair type similar to mine

I would assume that if the product states "volumizing" that your hair type would be ideal for getting the full benefits from it - it's too bad it doesn't do what it should - perhaps they mixed up the contents and this is really for those 'fly away can't control" hair types ;) Sorry it didn't perform as it should have. Thanks for the info on this, great to know.
Thanks for letting us know about this product, I have thin hair as well, so I will probably not be purchasing this one.
