I do not know whats so special about this product. Really. This player is a video and audio player. It comes with a 2" screen that leaves the user extremely frustrated due to its poor display of pictures. The screen makes the pictures and videos played look blur. It playes H.264 video format and AAC, WMA, MP3 and ATRAC audio formats. It boasts a 15 hour audio playback but in reality when music was played the battery lasted lesser than that. For video playing, the battery lasted only 3 hours. It does support playlist creating but with the bad sound quality, one would think twice before playing any music at all. The bass sounds can hardly be heard at times. And to top it all off, Sony puts a $400 price tag on it! The ONLY redeeming factor is its 8GB internal memory. Otherwise, this player isn't worth buying. Bad job Sony.
