I really recommend this! One side is an automatic sharpening liner. The other side has a smudger tip. I've used the lining side, but not the smudger. I've used products with a similar set up, so I know the smudger works the same way to blur out the liner and make everything smokey. I haven't found the need to use it because I tend to line the upper and lower rims of my eyes, and I don't use that in there. The main reason I love this so much is because when I apply the liner, I can see that intense black color right away! Oftentimes, when I try an eyeliner, I will begin to use it on my waterline and I'll have to go over it repeatedly to get color to show up. Not only is that frustrating because I want the color payoff, it is also annoying because that rubbing irritates the sensitive area of my eyes. I'm a bit sad that I found such a wonderful eyeliner, though that might seem puzzling. The reason for this is because Prescriptives will be shutting down. It's so disappointing to me when I've found something that I love, and then I come to find that it will be hard for me to buy more eventually. For now, the product is still available on their site, but I wanted to keep everyone informed of the company's impending closure.
