NSI CoQ10

I have had high cholesterol since I was in my 20's.I heard a couple of years ago that CoQ10 was good at maintaining your cholesterol level among other things.Even though I do take Crestor for my cholesterol, I decided to try CoQ10.I heard that Vitacost had sold CoQ10 from a company called NSI.I purchased it and have been using it for a couple of years.Since that time my cholesterol has stayed under 200 as my doctor wanted.I believe that this is due in part from taking NSI CoQ10.NSI CoQ10 is the natural CoQ10 from Japan.It is very high quality and you cannot beat the price.I also noticed that since I have been taking it that I have more energy.I take one 200 mg capsule every morning before I leave for work and it really helps keep my energy level up throughout the day.I am very satisfied with this supplement.
