I have had high cholesterol since I was in my 20's. I heard a couple of years ago that CoQ10 was good at maintaining your cholesterol level among other things. Even though I do take Crestor for my cholesterol, I decided to try CoQ10. I heard that Vitacost had sold CoQ10 from a company called NSI. I purchased it and have been using it for a couple of years. Since that time my cholesterol has stayed under 200 as my doctor wanted. I believe that this is due in part from taking NSI CoQ10. NSI CoQ10 is the natural CoQ10 from Japan. It is very high quality and you cannot beat the price. I also noticed that since I have been taking it that I have more energy. I take one 200 mg capsule every morning before I leave for work and it really helps keep my energy level up throughout the day. I am very satisfied with this supplement.
