My elderly mother is on several medications including medication for high blood pressure. They tend to make her tired and she has little energy. It contains a lot of energy boosting vitamins and nutrients including Coenzyme Q-10, Vitamin B-12, and several others. She has been taking this supplement for a little over a month and I can already see improvement. She seems to have more energy and doesn't sleep as much during the day as she use to. She use to fall asleep the minute she sat in a chair and that no longer happens. I am ready to try this supplement myself because of my busy, hectic life. I am confident it will give me the energy I need.
