Nutrious, Delicious Easy By JennEm on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

These little pastas are a big hit with my daughter. They are little raviolis with whole grain pasta and various fillings. Most of the fillings have a meat and a veggie. I love that they are a healthy meal that my daughter enjoys. She can pick them up herself, which is a big plus.

The only problem with these foods for toddlers is that they can be really expensive. I know that I am paying for the convenience of being able to open a package and give her good food instantly. I could buy small ravioli at the store (mostly cheese, though) and fix it with vegetables for her. That would take a lot longer but be cheaper. I could even make my own ravioli - ha ha, maybe if I had a full-time housekeeper and child care.

Sometimes you can find coupons for Gerber Graduates or stores will run specials. I keep my eyes open for that. I've also got the grandmothers on the look-out for them.

I recommend these pastas for little hands. Find them on sale if you can.
