nVidia GeForce Video Cards
By Alex71 onIn about 2004, I purchased a nVidia GeForce video card. I have been using it ever since. It could use a little bit more memory, but it is sufficient if you play 2-3 games, depending on your RAM. The overall graphics with this card is what I would say pretty nice. It is able to run Adobe Photoshop CS on my computer with ease. Be careful that you don't use up all the memory on the card or you could get random restarts, which happened to me. Of course there are much more advanced GPUs from both nVidia and other companies, but I recommend this because it's cheap and effective, and if you have a good setup with alot of RAM (1 GB is good) and the proper processor(1.5 or more GHz), you'll get pretty good graphics. Well, that about sums it up. You can get a better one of course, but the newer ones tend to cost alot. One more thing.. If you don't have a proper driver and download a new program that requires it, it will either be very slow or not run at all. Trust me.
