N.Y.C. Color BrowEye Liner Pencil Dark Brown

I have been a fan of N.Y.C. New York cosmetics due to the fact that they are extremely inexpensive and they have a wide selection of products. You have to realize though that just because it is cheap does not always mean that the quality will be sacrificed either.

I was in Walmart recently and I needed a liner pencil for my eyes. I ended up purchasing N.Y.C. New York Classic Brow & Liner Pencil in Dark Brown. It was only 0.99 so if I didn't like it, it wouldn't matter because it was so inexpensive anyway. I currently use pencils such as this for liner under my eyes and every once in a while I will use it on my eyelid. Sometimes I will also fill in gaps in my eyebrows when I over pluck. It is also great to use lightly with a lip pencil since I will occasionally wear dark lipstick. It was slightly dark on my brows so I had to pencil in very lightly. The dark brown color though was beautiful on my eyes. I did have to do a few touch ups during the day (which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5) but otherwise I like this product and will buy it again in the future. It is 0.04 oz so this will last me for a good amount of time. The price of course is excellent and overall I am happy with this liner pencil. I do recommend it.
