NYC Ultra Moist Lipwear in Cafe

First of all, for a $0.99 lipstick, I think NYC (New York Color) is a terrific value.It's a full size lipstick, not a little trial size.It goes on smoothly and feels very soft and moisturizing on my lips.There's lots of different colors so if you get one, try it and don't like it....just get another color.You're only out $1.00!The packaging is a black tube with a transparent top.I like the clear cap because it's easy to find the color you're looking for in your bag.It twists up like a regular lipstick.The Cafe color is this shimmery pinkish brown.I only put on a little at a time because it can look overly metallic, at least to me.But the color is nice and the price is right!
