I first tried this perfume several years ago as a sample. My husband loved the scent so much that he has purchased the same perfume as an anniversary gift to me for the last 3 years. The bottle I currently have came from Dillard's Department Store. It is a 1.7 oz bottle and cost $47.00. I would never pay this much for a perfume no matter how good it smells but like I said, it was a gift.

The best way to describe the scent is a dark, woodsy, strong scent. It is definitely NOT fruity. It is very strong and a little goes a very long way. I try to spray as small amount as possible because it is so strong. This scent can be picked out of a crowd very easily, it has such a unique scent that it will not be mistaken for any other perfume.

I enjoy wearing the Calvin Klein Obsession perfume because I do like the scent but mostly because my husband is such a big fan of the scent. I recommend you try the brand not a generic so that you will know what the true scent is.
