Obsessively Natural By paid2write on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I usually choose an unscented deodorant because I don't like artificial scents, and I always try to buy one with natural ingredients. I saw Liquid Rock deodorant from Kiss My Face, an all-natural organic body care company that does not use animal ingredients or animal testing. Liquid Rock is Paraben Free. Paraben is a chemical preservative which has been identified as contributing to the rise in breast cancer from its use in deodorants.
I like Liquid Rock lavender deodorant because it contains Lavender Essential Oil, which is pleasantly aromatic and has antibacterial properties. I can't really tell the difference between the smell of this deodorant and the smell of fresh lavender.
Liquid Rock is a roll-on deodorant and feels very wet on the skin when applied, but it does not feel sticky or cold and it does not sting. It seems to take a little longer to dry than some roll-on deodorants, so I wouldn't wait until the last moment to apply it. I would advise using it several minutes before getting dressed.
I have used this deodorant in hot weather and it really is effective. I had no nasty smell under the arms, only the fresh sweet scent of lavender. According to the label this product neutralizes the natural body acids in perspiration.
I will definitely buy this deodorant again and will continue using it. I found it in a local store.

Kiss My Face Liquid Rock Roll-On Lavender

I have heard good things about Kiss My Face Liquid Rock and have used and liked Kiss My Face products. The problem that I have is that I cannot seem to overcome the feeling that I need an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant.
I really want to try this. I am an ardent supporter of organic and natural products. My only question is: Is this an antiperspirant/deodorant or simply one or the other?
I have never tried this one. Kiss My face, a catchy name
Love that it is all natural. But FYI for those of you still in childbaring years... I've been told by an herboligist that you should not use lavendar if you are pregnant.
I will have to keep an eye out for this.
I've never heard of this. My daughter is totally into organic items right now, I bet she would love this. Thanks for the info.
It will be great to remove my daughter strong body odor
I would like to recommend one to my brother LOL. I like the fragrance of lavendar.
