This was a decent book, but I probably won't read any more from this author.A pilot cheats on his wife and finds out much later that he has a son. After the son's mother dies, she requests that the son go live with the father he never knew about. It tears the family apart. With God's help, they must put the family back together.I thought the book was okay. There were no surprises in the book. There was not anything that was so gripping that I wanted to finish the book in a hurry. All of the characters are Christian and rely on God and have faith. It is rare to see that in books and I felt quite refreshing. All of the mentioning of God was a little over the top and I felt should have been toned down just a bit, but it was not at all preachy.
