If you are a Scrabble Enthusiast, you must have this book. The book contains the official alphabetical list of words acceptable for use in Scrabble. There are more comprehensive dictionaries out there; however, this is THE dictionary used for online scrabble gaming and scrabble contestants. This book is authorized by the makers of Scrabble and endorsed by the National Scrabble Association.

This paperback book of 674 pages consist of over 100,000 words that are two to eight letters in length. It also includes 4,000 new entries. Spelling variations are also included for use by players in Canada, example colour for color.

During live play, this book is only to be used when a challenge is issued. You can not use the book for ideas or spell check. When a challenge is issued, the dictionary has the final word.
