Oh No! I Got The Old Maid! By cnt24 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

School Zone products are really my favorite educational tools. With the Old Maid card game, School Zone stepped up to the educational plate again! This card game takes Old Maid and teaches children sharing, interactive play, numbers, and number to word association using picture puzzles and the grouchy Old Maid.

In the School Zone Old Maid set you get 55 playing cards plus a parent card. You can play Old Maid or Concentration.

For Old Maid, you play as you would traditionally. However, with this card game you learn as you play! Pictures, numbers, and words must match before you get a pair to discard.

For Concentration, you lie out the cards face down and try to remember which card is where to make a match.

Early education is essential for kids. I'm so glad School Zone products are around to help us lay a good educational foundation. School Zone gets an A+ from me.

This sounds like a really great game for little ones to enjoy with mom & dad or older siblings and very reasonably priced! I think it would offer a good challenge to keep the game pretty interesting. Thanks for the info
