Ojon Tawaka Shampoo Conditioner By katwalker on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

These products are very expensive, in my opinion, but well worth it. When you buy it from QVC, the shampoo and conditioner are sold together in a kit. Obviously, this presents some problems if you use more of one than the other. First, one of the things I love about these products are that they are SLS-free (sodium lauryl sulfate is added to shampoos and soaps to make them produce more suds, though it does not affect product performance at all). For most people, SLS is not a problem, but some people - including me - are sensitive to it, resulting in canker sores (if in toothpaste) and dry, itchy skin (if in soaps and shampoos). Second, these products made my hair so silky soft after one use! It only gets better the more you use it. I have lots of hair, which makes it heavy, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that it does not weigh hair down. Now for the downside: these products have a very strong smell to them. Some people love it, others don't. The smell is sort of chocolately as it is from the "key" ingredient of cacao bean.

Overall, very expensive, but you if you can afford to try it, it's well worth it. Smell may be a dealbreaker.
