Ok... Acuvue 2 Review By Jennifer Tang on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

These were my first type of contacts. I have an astigmatism, apparently, and they didn't bother me too much. After wearing them too much, my eyes become irritated, but I think that is expected to happen when your eyes don't get anough oxygen. The contacts fit my eyes well and I don't have problems with them moving in my eyes, which is a bonus since I can't always rush to the bathroom to fix them.

During the year I wore these contacts, I never had problems, though at the end of the year my eyes grew dry. And not once have the contacts ever torn, and let me tell you, I was very rough with my contacts. I'm not sure about the Johnson & Johnson company, though. I think they only want the money because there was a time when my contact didn't suit my eye so well. Everyday I'd spend ten minutes putting it into the same eye, but it would irritate it and turn it red. One time I didn't even have a contact lens in the new pack!

Anyway, these were pretty good contacts. I didn't notice them all that much until they dried up. I'd recommend them, but I'm not really in love with them.

I don't wear contacts but this is good to know because my sister does.
