Old Navy Sweetheart Jeans By Kari Livingston By Kari Livingston on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Old Navy recently introduced their new "Sweetheart" fit to replace the older "Just Below the Waist" jeans. The new jeans are stylish and cute, but they sit significantly lower on the wait than the older jeans. The "Goddess" style fits at the waist, leaving women that wore the "Just Below the Waist" jeans without a good option.

The jeans run true to size, and after several wearing, conform to a woman's curves. The color holds after repeated washing. The jeans doen't hold their shape well. The spandex is included to hug your curves, but after wearing them for an hour, the jeans stretch out and become very loose after being tight when they first come out of the dryer. I was uncomfortable in these jeans for the first half hour after taking them out of the dryer, but after wearing them for an entire day, they were a little too baggy on me. Paired with the lower waist, I spent most of my time tugging them back into place.
