One A Day All Day Energy Vitamin

I tried this vitamin because I found myself without a lot of energy to get through my busy day. I have been pleasantly surprised that it does help. You won't find yourself speeding through your tasks, but it does keep me more alert and gives me some extra energy. This is a multi-vitamin, so you will want to replace this with whatever you are taking now. The cost is about the same as you would pay for other name brand multi-vitamins and you can purchase them at any grocery store, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. As the name implies, you take one table a day. They are rather large and smelly, but no more so than other multi-vitamins. I would recommend these vitamins for a slight help in energy and mental alertness. Just don't expect miraces.
