One-hand Operation

I received this little appliance as a birthday gift from a little friend of mine, who is 8years old and thought I deserved this gift because I reached the ripe old age of 65!In her world, 65 is ancient.Enough, I digress!:)Anyway, I think this appliance is great, if you live in a small apartment with little storage space.This blender fits very well in a kitchen cabinet, when not in use.

The first day that I received this gift, I just had to try it out, and it worked perfectly for the purpose I intended use it for.I took it for a trlal-run, so to speak.I made my first smoothie and didn't paint the wall, while blending the ingredients to make the smoothie.Yeah!The immersion blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, mayonnaise (for the ambitious one), mixing drinks and milk shakes, and of course smoothies (yum).

The blender hastwo settings: high and low switch.The blender will operate in either the high or low position when the switch is held in the desired position.Just remember to hold the switch while mixing desired ingredients.Ooops, I forgot to do this while mixing pancake batter, what a mess to clean up, won't forget that again

This appliance requires little maintenance and is easy to clean.Just use a damp cloth and dry with paper towel.
