One Quality Made Floor Jack By cnt24 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
The Craftsman 3 1/2-ton hydraulic floor jack is very handy to have around. This is our second Craftsman floor jack; we needed this bigger one for our bigger Truck.
This floor jack is heavy. It's mobile on four steel casters. The jack plate is nice sized at about 6 inches in diameter. The jack cranks evenly to 20 inches and lowers smoothly because of the hydraulic system it has in place.
The only issue I have with this floor jack is the wheels are stationary. You cannot move the jack side to side easily. So, if you're looking for quick, you're not going to get it here. I believe the design is intentionally done that way. But I have the right to voice I'd like this floor jack a little better if the wheels swiveled.
I really love the hydraulic system. You can lower your vehicle in a smooth easy motion rather than a jerk drop action.
We paid about $90 dollars for this Craftsman floor jack. It was well worth the investment for quality, effectiveness, and ease of use.

I purchased this for my husband for an anniversary gift a few years ago - he's gotten a lot of use from it and the price is great! Thanks for the info
I'm going to talk to my husband about this one. He's always looking for good tolls for his shop.
Hey to the owner of this jack. I also have one of these but it needs parts, however my model number was scratched off the sticker. Could you write down all the numbers on the bottom of the sticker and email them to me? I'd really really appreciate it! Joseph_pec@msn.com
