Hooray for this can opener! This thing couldn't be easier to use and it opens the can every single time without fail. You just sit it on top of the can, press the button and presto...it opens the can. And since it cuts the lid off from under the rim there are no sharp edges to contend with. The lid doesn't fall into the can either. We use it to open anything from canned tomatoes to dog food. We use it every day too and it works great every time. It runs on batteries so other than changing the batteries occassionally there really isn't much upkeep. It wipes clean with a sponge or damp papertowel and is small enough to stash in a kitchen drawer. I bought mine at Value City but you can find it almost anywhere from grocery stores to drug store chains. It is also available online, just google it...The One Touch Can Opener.
I have used this can opener every day, literally, for almost three years now and it is still working great. Of course, I have had to change the batteries occassionally but other then that it works great every time. I love it!
