I was looking for an online privacy and anonymity solution that will help me change the IP address provided by my ISP. I was using google for finding the appropriate solution and I have selected 3 applications to test. One of them was Easy-Hide-IP 1.5 from http://www.easy-hide-ip.com/ which actually was the software I was looking for.

Very easy to install - just a few click. Easy to use and intuitive user interface and short but well explained user guide. One of my habits is to contact the support department of the products that I evaluate - in order to check the response time. For me - the quality of the product is very important but the support is also critical. If you do not receive any reply during the trial periods it is unlikely to receive one after you register. Lucky for me - I have received a polite answer and that is a plus.
