At www.charssi.com, the customer service is excellent. I have ordered three flavors of their spoon fudge, among them White Chocolate Rose, Caramel Marshmallow, and my personal current favorite, Chocolate Raspberry.

The texture of the spoon fudge is like a dense thick frosting, not a solid fudge. (If it were, you could never remove it from the cute jars with thier little spoons they include with your order!) The fudge is quite sweet, and every flavor is true to it's name, they taste pretty fantastic. They are very sweet however, so a little goes a long way, and their sizes are perfect.

These would be spectacular gifts, particularly with the holiday season approaching. I plan to give them to several of my sweets-loving friends.
