Operation By Sharon1 By sharon1 on - Updated Sep 26, 2011

Who did not like a fun buzzing game of Operation, while growing up? While to my surprise this is not the game we all grew up loving. The game itself is so cheaply made. The tweezers are so hard to use. Every little organ slides right out of the cheaply made tweezers. Years ago I believe the tweezers had little grips to make the surgeries a little easier. It was very hard for my six year old daughter to play this game at first, but once she practiced a few times she was able to perform some of the surgeries. The game board does not have an on and off switch. You can run the batteries out quickly if you forget to place the tweezers in their provided space. Even though the game is so cheaply made it is still a lot of fun for kids. This is the only reason I would recommend this game.

You're right...it is sort of a cheapo game, but I still remember playing this game as a kid and while it was frustrating at times, we did have a lot of fun with it...thanks for the trip down memory lane.
