I became fascinated with this scent during my late teens.I was shopping for a grown-up fragrance I could call my own.Sitting on display at my then favorite store, Dillard's, I saw this mystical dark, almost burnt, orange display.It was embossed with golden whimsical images of birds and flowers--not much has changed in all the years.I tried on the scent and I was in awe.I purchased it right away.

Ever since then Opium is my fragrance of choice.Everyone compliments the way I smell and wants to know what it is I'm wearing. I'm lucky too as I get a bottle every Christmas and my Birthday so I no longer have to purchase my own.

A 1.6 fluid ounce bottle of Eau De Toilette averages about $25 - $30 dollars.The perfume is much more expensive.I found the Eau De Toilette to last much better for me, along with being easier on the pocketbook.A 1.6 fl. oz. bottle can last me up to a year. A little goes a long way with this fragrance.
