Opti Free Express

I recently got contacts and my eye doctor gave me Opti Free Express by Alcon a cleaning solution to clean and soak my contacts in. I bought this product at Costco in a multi pack with 2 large 16oz which i purchased probably 3 months ago and still not have used the second bottle yet. It says on the bottle that you do not need to rub your contacts for cleaning them as you would just drop them in the solution and thats it. I have found thats not the case I tried that and I have put the contacts back in my eye and it did not seem to havea comfortable feeling. I have been putting them in my hand and drowning them in the solution and lightly rubbing and then dropping them in the container with new solution. Its amazing how much crap does get on your contacts as you see the remains after you take your contacts out of the container after letting them sit for hours. I do recommend this product but I do think there are other brands out there that may not require the rubbing.
