Oral B Cross Action Power By Kurenai on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I decided to try out this Oral-B battery powered toothbrush after my old electric toothbrush died. For a good-looking battery powered toothbrush, $6.99 seemed like a good bargain. I was expecting it to be much better than a regular toothbrush by a long shot. Boy, was I wrong.

From other reviews, I heard this brush is supposed to make your teeth feel like they've been polished at the dentist. For me, it did not feel that way at all. In fact, it felt like I wasn't getting a good cleaning at all because of the brush's oddly-placed bristles. Brushing near the gumline was a task better not performed also, as that the brush had to be turned off or else my gums would get irritated.

The brush's bristles became dull and useless in about a month, while the battery died in about two months. I wouldn't really recommend this brush at all, even though Oral-B usually has good products. But for this one, just stick to a regular toothbrush.
