This is a kit that comes with a mop, mop cloth, cleaner and polish. It is a very labor intensive process. 1. Dry dust the floor. 2. Clean the mop cloth. 3. Use the floor cleaner. 4. Clean the mop cloth. 5. Use the floor polisher. The first time I used this I just kept thinking it was going to be worth it. It took me two hours to do a hall and dining room. It did look good when I got done. It was really shining. Then someone walked on it and you could see sole marks and foot prints. I don't know what the product is, but it's only good if you don't actually use the hardwood floor you are cleaning. It has taken 2 months for this stuff to wear off my floor and I'm back to using my old product. I would NEVER buy this product again.
