I first saw this product when the creator of it appeared as a guest on the Martha Stewart show. I thought it was such a great idea that I was actually seeking out friends who might be expecting so that I could buy it for someone. Then one day my husband came home from work and told me he needed me to make a cake for an at work baby shower they were having in a few weeks. I asked him if they had gotten a present for the mommy yet and he said he was not sure because the girls in the office were handling that part. I told him there was a product that I wanted him to see and took him to the web site http://www.babybunch.com/.
The baby bunch sells sets of baby clothes presented in a unique way. Each of the 100% cotton pieces is rolled up so they resemble rose buds. They then have stems and leaves added to them so they look like they are a flower. The clothing flowers are them mixed with leaves and other flowers and tied into a beautiful bouquet. They are sold in small, medium and large bouquet bunches or buckets. The styles you have to choose from are either boy, girl or I don't know yet. Each bouquet comes in a box that is almost as pretty as the bouquet is and the box has a detailed picture of each of the clothing items both as the bud and laying flat so the mommy to be knows exactly what she is getting. The prices for the small bouquets start at $39.95 for a small bucket and go up to $69.95 for the large organic bouquets.
He liked what he saw as much as I did so he showed the girls at work the web site the next day. Everyone said that it would be a perfect gift so they ordered it and had it sent to our house because they knew how badly I wanted to see it. It arrived quickly and well packed and was even prettier in person than it is on the web site.
The mommy to be was thrilled with it and thought it the most creative presentation of baby clothes that she had gotten. It would also make a great gift to take with you to the hospital to visit a new mom instead of flowers.
I have added a picture of the bouquet that was ordered. It is called the large yellow bunch and the cost for it was $69.99. It included one bib, on t shirt, two hats, one pair of mitts, two pairs of socks, two burp cloths, one onsie and one sleep suit.
I have a friend who just had a baby so I checked to make sure the baby bunch was still in business and happily it is. Thay also have added some cute new items besides the baby cothes bouquets and now have packs that looks like cupcakes, lollypops and packs of crayons as well.
