Organic Farm In Your Kitchen

I wasn't sure what catagory to put this in but, hope you all enjoy the review. We got this as a way for us to grow organic produce without having to deal with bugs & also having the convenience of having fresh herbs at your fingertips. The Aerogarden has different kits such as herb kits, salad kits, tomatoes, flowers, etc. It has really come in handy with our cooking. We've made wonderful pasta dishes with the fresh herbs & great salads with the salad kit. (The photo is of our herb garden a little over a couple weeks.) There is a timer for the lighting schedule & it's great to have the lighting on at night as a nightlight for our kitchen area. The water flows through the cups to water the seeds after starting it & it grows within a couple of weeks. You should definitely trim the plants as soon as they start to get big so they are not growing like a jungle. (The basils grow the biggest.) Also if you can't use all the herbs you can freeze it.
